3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We prepare and ship orders with care within 3-5 business days.

  • Delivery times vary based on location and carrier. While we strive for prompt delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping services, customs, or weather.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • Because candles and room sprays are intimate, sensory products, we cannot accept returns unless the items arrive defective.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello@evermore.com

     and include:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

    This information allows us to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

    If an item is defective due to a production issue, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund upon review.
