Return & Refund Policy

At Evermore, we craft each candle and room spray with care, using premium, non-toxic ingredients and hand-poured techniques to ensure every product meets our high standards.


Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully package each Evermore order to help ensure it arrives safely. However, once a package leaves our studio, it is in the care of the shipping carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello@evermore.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

This information allows us to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

If an item is defective due to a production issue, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund upon review.


Returns

  • Due to the personal and sensory nature of our products, we do not accept returns for standard items unless they are damaged or defective.

  • Gift cards and final sale items are non-refundable.


Refund Processing

  • Refunds for eligible claims will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • Shipping costs for non-defective items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis for damaged or defective items.

  • Contact us at hello@evermore.com  to initiate an exchange.
