At Evermore, we craft each candle and room spray with care, using premium, non-toxic ingredients and hand-poured techniques to ensure every product meets our high standards.
Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully package each Evermore order to help ensure it arrives safely. However, once a package leaves our studio, it is in the care of the shipping carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello@evermore.com and include:

Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
This information allows us to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
If an item is defective due to a production issue, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund upon review.
Returns

Due to the personal and sensory nature of our products, we do not accept returns for standard items unless they are damaged or defective.

Gift cards and final sale items are non-refundable.
Refund Processing

Refunds for eligible claims will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

Shipping costs for non-defective items are non-refundable.
Exchanges

Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis for damaged or defective items.
