At Evermore, every order is crafted with care and shipped to ensure your candles and room sprays arrive safely, ready to transform your space with warmth and elegance.


Processing Time

  • All orders are hand-poured and prepared in small batches to ensure quality.

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.


Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout.

  • Delivery times may vary based on your location and the carrier:

    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

    • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.


Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your chosen method and destination.

  • Free shipping promotions, if available, will be clearly indicated at checkout.


International Shipping

  • Currently, we ship to the United States only. International shipping may be offered in the future—please check back for updates.


Damaged or Lost Items

  • We carefully package each Evermore order to help ensure it arrives safely. However, once a package leaves our studio, it is in the care of the shipping carrier.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello@evermore.com                                                                                           and include:
  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

This information allows us to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

If an item is defective due to a production issue, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund upon review.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen events beyond our control.
